Our house is typically available for 1-12 months during any given year at different monthly prices ranging from $8,900-$10,900 per month depending on months and length of the lease. (The price range includes warmer months and special holiday months priced at a premium.) It is furnished like you see in a luxury cabin magazine- 3 bedroom, 3 luxury king mattresses, 2 bath, single story home approx 1800 sq ft, hi-speed wifi, TV in all rooms including 65 inch in family room, 50 inch in master bedroom and small tv’s in other 2 bedrooms, wood burning fireplace with gas starter and generous supply of juniper firewood, 4 skylights, transom type windows in all rooms allowing more natural light and views of the beautiful pine trees, tongue and groove cedar ceilings throughout, gorgeous wood floors in kitchen, entry, dining room and family room, carpet in the bedrooms, air conditioning, walk in pantry, gas BBQ on large cedar deck… we take a lot of pride in our home!
